Employees were very amiable and caring!

There where a safe, a mini bar, and central heating in my standard king room, appreciated it. The restaurant had great meals. Everything was nice, nevertheless a few employees were hostile. The location of the hotel was unbeatable, in the middle of Lviv.

Recommend to friends. Unbeatable and magnificent location next door to Ivan Franko Park. Nice building and rooms with great breakfast. A lot of supplies in the room: climate control, a personal safe and flat-screen television.

I had a really nice stay at Bankhotel in Lviv. The place is incredibly beautiful, clean, and good value. The breakfast was awesome and the service was perfect. The inner courtyard view is fantastic and the location is great for all the hotspots. Plus, being next to the restaurant for breakfast, a park, and the center of the old town was a big plus.
